Seafood Street, Ao Nang, Krabi

I went to Krabi last weekend, and found a really nice little street. Seafood street!

Naturally you want to eat seafood when in Thailand, at a beach resort. Naturally you'd want to eat it next to the beach. Naturally you'd want there to be plenty of choice, and cheap. Obviously I want a family friendly environment, I can take a child....

Well I found that the restaurants along the beach at Ao Nang in Krabi have grouped together and made a pathway that runs through the middle of their restaurants, connecting one to the next all the way along.

I ate at the last one, Kru Aonang Cuisine, it was right next to the beech, had the sound of the waves lapping at the shore to calm my little one. It ticked all the boxes, the seafood was fresh and tasty and the price cheap.

This is a really good idea, as single spread-out restaurants they would be confusing, but if you want a seafood meal in Ao Nang, everyone will head straight here. They all benefit each other in a way.

I will be back, it was a really nice meal, and my baby enjoyed the quiet sound of the sea.
